Yes. Open a ticket in the Punishment Appeal category and describe your situation honestly. Appeals are reviewed by staff, and false appeals may extend the punishment.

Either through an invite link that a staff member or a whitelisted friend gives you in game, or by filing an application. Staff review applications in game and on the site; once approved you can join within a minute.
